The *essential website aims to introduce you to a whole range of training possibilities ranging from one-off events to distance-learning courses, from one-week intensive courses to full-time degree courses.
Working with young people is a great privilege, but it also comes with a great deal of responsibility because we can’t teach what we don’t know! That’s not to say we need to know everything before we can teach and neither is it to say that we can’t learn a great deal from the young people we work with. However, it does mean that we have a responsibility to learn!
